Shipping times and costs
Each piece is handmade: production times are shown on the product page and at the time of ordering. Costs and delivery times are shown before the order is confirmed, based on the destination.
How to make a return
Contact us via the site's Contact form, stating your order number and reason. We will give you the instructions for the return. Goods must be returned intact, with any tags and labels.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, within the legal time limits from receipt of the return or proof of return shipment.
Faulty products
If you receive a faulty or non-conforming product, contact us: you are entitled to the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity. Return costs for faulty products are borne by us.
