Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which the consumer takes physical possession of the goods. It is enough to send an explicit statement before the deadline expires.

Effects of withdrawal and refunds

We will refund all payments received (including standard delivery costs) without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the notice, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of return shipment is provided.

Return of the goods

The consumer must return the goods within 14 days of giving notice of withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer unless otherwise stated. The consumer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalised, pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.
