Terms & Conditions of Sale

These general terms govern the sale of products through the site, in compliance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and e-commerce regulations.

2. Products and prices

Products are handmade: slight variations in colour, weave and finish are a feature, not a defect. Prices are shown in the selected currency and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before the order is completed.

3. Formation of the contract

The order is finalised when the seller sends a confirmation to the customer's email. The seller reserves the right not to accept incomplete orders, orders suspected of fraud, or orders that cannot be fulfilled, with a refund where appropriate.

4. Payments

Payments are handled through secure providers. The seller does not store full card details, which are processed by the payment service provider in a secure environment.

5. Shipping and delivery

Production and shipping times are shown at the time of ordering. Risk passes to the consumer on delivery. Any customs duties for shipments outside the EU are borne by the recipient.

6. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason. Details are on the “Right of Withdrawal & Returns” page.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

Products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided for consumers by the Italian Consumer Code.

8. Complaints and disputes

Complaints can be sent via the site's Contact form. Consumers may also use the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the court of their place of residence or domicile remains competent.
